Manhattan — the city grid, underfoot

Manhattan is a study in structure, rhythm and urban precision. Inspired by the ordered chaos of city grids, it layers geometric blocks and linear pathways to create depth and movement without visual noise.

Every tile combines three ideas: a city grid of crossing linear pathways, architectural layers of rectangular motifs that read like building facades, and controlled irregularity, so the pattern never repeats mechanically. The result holds together across large open floor plates, yet still gives focus to smaller zones.

Available in four colourways: 02 Hudson · 03 Tribeca · 04 Limestone · 06 Harbour

Why Manhattan

Built for heavy traffic

EN 1307 Class 33 rated. Tufted 1/12 gauge with 43 stitches at 550 g/m².

Colour that lasts

100% solution-dyed Super AE polyamide resists fading from sunlight and cleaning chemicals.

Stays flat

PVC backing reinforced with fibreglass keeps every tile dimensionally stable (ASTM D7570 / ISO 2551).

Safety and comfort

Tested for flammability, radiant panel and smoke density. Anti-static, with added sound and heat insulation.

Design freedom

Install monolithic, quarter turn, brick ashlar or vertical ashlar to change the look with one tile.

Made in the UAE, ready now

Produced in Dubai Industrial City and held in local stock, so projects avoid import lead times.

Installation methods

  • Monolithic — all tiles face one way; the grid reads as one continuous field.
  • Quarter turn — each tile turned 90°; breaks the lines into a checkerboard texture.
  • Brick ashlar — rows offset by half a tile; softens seams in long rooms.
  • Vertical ashlar — columns offset by half a tile; emphasises length in corridors.
