Strength you can see

Anvil is built for floors that work hard, with a texture that shows it.

Each tile is tufted as a multi-level loop at 1/12 gauge. Higher and lower ribs form tonal blocks of fine parallel lines that change direction from block to block, so the floor reads as solid and structured rather than flat.

Because the blocks are irregular, seams disappear, traffic lanes are masked, and a single damaged tile can be replaced without leaving a visible patch.

From the light 002 Steel to the deep 004 Black and the colour of 006 Blue, the six colourways cover corporate, hospitality and education projects with one consistent construction.

Why Anvil

Crafted for toughness

Tufted 1/12 gauge multi-level loop with 45 stitches per inch at 550 g/m², rated Class 31–32 for commercial use.

Colour that lasts

Solution-dyed polypropylene: the colour runs through the fibre, so it resists fading from sunlight and bleaching from cleaning.

Stays flat

PVC backing reinforced with fibreglass keeps every tile dimensionally stable and easy to lift and relay.

Tested for safety

Passes flammability (CPSC FF 1-70) and radiant panel (ASTM E648) tests. Anti-static and traffic-resilient, with added sound and heat insulation.

Design freedom

Install monolithic, quarter turn, brick ashlar or vertical ashlar, or combine two colourways to zone a room.

Made in the UAE

Produced in Dubai Industrial City and supplied locally, so projects avoid import lead times and shipping delays.

Features: Sound insulation · Heat insulation · Anti-static · Colourfast · Traffic-resilient · Flame-tested

Meeting room plan: Anvil 006 Blue border around an Anvil 007 Brown centre under the table

Zone a room with two colours

All six Anvil colourways share one construction and thickness, so they lay together without transitions.

In this meeting room, 006 Blue runs as a border and 007 Brown sits under the table. The change of colour marks the meeting area without walls or trims, and either zone can be extended or reworked later one tile at a time.

Installation methods

  • Monolithic: all tiles face one way, so the ribs run in one direction like a continuous field.
  • Quarter turn: each tile turned 90°; the ribbed blocks alternate into a parquet-like weave.
  • Brick ashlar: rows offset by half a tile; softens seams in long rooms.
  • Vertical ashlar: columns offset by half a tile; emphasises length in corridors.

Carpet tiles go down without seaming or stretching, lift for access to raised floors, and can be replaced one at a time.
