004 Black — A deep graphite with tonal ribbed blocks, Black is Anvil at its strongest. It gives boardrooms and executive suites a solid, confident base and masks soiling in the busiest zones.
Anvil is a hard-wearing carpet tile collection with a structured, ribbed texture. Tonal blocks of fine parallel lines give commercial floors a solid look that hides everyday wear.
004 Black is tufted as a 1/12 gauge multi-level loop in solution-dyed polypropylene on a fibreglass-reinforced PVC backing. Because the blocks are irregular, seams disappear, traffic lanes are masked, and single tiles can be replaced without a visible patch.

Tufted 1/12 gauge multi-level loop with 45 stitches per inch at 550 g/m², rated Class 31–32 for commercial use.
Solution-dyed polypropylene: the colour runs through the fibre, so it resists fading from sunlight and bleaching from cleaning.
PVC backing reinforced with fibreglass keeps every tile dimensionally stable and easy to lift and relay.
Passes flammability (CPSC FF 1-70) and radiant panel (ASTM E648) tests. Anti-static and traffic-resilient, with added sound and heat insulation.
